In Friday's league contest, the visiting South Warren Spartans basketball team scored a big 71-25 triumph over the Warren Central Dragons.
The Spartans (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Franklin-Simpson (Franklin, KY). The Wildcats go into the non-league contest with a 11-1 record. In their last contest, Franklin-Simpson smashed Warren East (Bowling Green, KY), 69-27, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Dragons battle the Barren County Trojans (Glasgow, KY) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Warren Central will attempt to better on its 0-10 season record. The Trojans go into the contest with a 10-2 record after their 42-36 league win over Warren East (Bowling Green, KY).
