The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the St. Patrick Fighting Irish (Biloxi, MS) and the visiting Tylertown Chiefs (Tylertown, MS), observed St. Patrick's basketball team knock off Tylertown by a score of 32-21.

The Fighting Irish (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against West Marion (Foxworth, MS). The Trojans come into the 3A Region 8 challenge with a 4-12 record. In their last challenge, West Marion was knocked off by Our Lady Academy (Bay St. Louis, MS), 70-63, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Chiefs encounter the West Marion Trojans (Foxworth, MS) in a 3A Region 8 challenge, on Friday, January 10. Tylertown will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record.
