Alabama High School Basketball - St. Paul's Episcopal holds off Vigor

In Friday's league contest, the host St. Paul's Episcopal Saints basketball team scored a close 66-59 triumph over the Vigor Wolves.
The Saints (16-2) will now prepare for their contest against Faith Academy (Mobile, AL). The Rams go into the 5A Area 2 contest with a 1-5 record.
In their next game, the Wolves confront the Citronelle Wildcats (Citronelle, AL) in a 5A Area 2 contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Vigor will attempt to better on its 8-10 season record. The Wildcats go into the contest with a 2-8 record after their 46-29 league loss to LeFlore (Mobile, AL).
