South Pointe Stallions (Rock Hill, SC) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting A.C. Flora Falcons (Columbia, SC), 28-21 in a non-league match.
With the victory, South Pointe advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Stallions host Camden (Camden, SC) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Wednesday, January 8. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 2-1. Camden won 32-27 in their recent non-league match against Dreher (Columbia, SC)
The Falcons now own a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to York for a non-league match on Monday, January 6.
