Next, the Tigers clash with the Destrehan Wildcats (Destrehan, LA) in a Division I District 6 game, on Tuesday, January 7. Thibodaux will attempt to advance on its 11-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the game with a 7-8 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to University Lab (Baton Rouge, LA).

The Tarpons (3-10) will now prepare for their game against Central Lafourche (Raceland, LA). The Trojans come into the game with a 10-3 record. In their last game, Central Lafourche defeated New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy (New Orleans, LA), 8-0, in a non-league game.
