With the victory, Union advances its record to 8-1 on the year. The Spartans travel to Lakewood (Roseboro, NC) to meet the Leopards in a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 14. The Leopards enter the battle with a record of 3-2.

The Dark Horses now own a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakewood for a non-league battle on Monday, January 6. Clinton will meet a Leopards squad coming off a 66-61 non-league loss to Midway (Dunn, NC). The Leopards record now stands at 2-2.
