The Valley Rams basketball squad (Valley, AL), was nudged 34-31 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Troup County Tigers (LaGrange, GA)

With the victory, Troup County advances its record to 3-0 on the year. The Tigers travel to Heard County (Franklin, GA) to meet the Braves in a non-league battle on Saturday, January 11. The Braves enter the battle with a record of 1-0.

The Rams now own a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Beauregard for a outing on Friday, January 3.
