Banks Braves (Banks, OR) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Neah-Kah-Nie Pirates (Rockaway Beach, OR), 60-27 in a league bout.

With the win, Banks upgrades its record to 15-4 on the season. The Braves host Rainier (Rainier, OR) to play the Columbians in a 3A Coastal Range bout on Wednesday, February 1. The Columbians go into the bout with a record of 2-14. Rainier lost 68-48 in their recent league bout against Corbett (Corbett, OR)

Next up, the Pirates play the Warrenton Warriors (Warrenton, OR) in a 3A Coastal Range bout, on Friday, February 3. Neah-Kah-Nie will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record.
