California High School Basketball - Banning knocked off by Coachella Valley

The Coachella Valley Mighty Arabs basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Banning Broncos to 47 in the Mighty Arabs league triumph on Monday.
The Mighty Arabs now sport a 5-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Desert Mirage for a Desert Valley contest on Wednesday, February 1. Coachella Valley will meet a RAMS team coming off a 90-31 league loss to Twentynine Palms (Twentynine Palms, CA). The RAMS record now stands at 7-17.
The Broncos (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Cathedral City (Cathedral City, CA). The Lions enter the Desert Valley contest with a 0-24 record. In their last contest, Cathedral City was defeated by Yucca Valley (Yucca Valley, CA), 87-26, in a league contest.
