In Monday's league outing, the Carrabec Cobras (North Anson, ME) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Telstar Rebels (Bethel, ME), by a margin of 69-23.

The Cobras (10-8) will now prepare for their outing against Hall-Dale (Farmingdale, ME). The Bulldogs go into the C South outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, Hall-Dale was trounced by Spruce Mountain (Jay, ME), 64-54, in a non-league outing.

The Rebels now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to Dirigo for a C South outing on Tuesday, January 31. Telstar will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 71-56 league loss to Monmouth Academy (Monmouth, ME). The Cougars record now stands at 17-1.
