Nebraska High School Basketball - Elmwood-Murdock crushes Johnson County Central

Elmwood-Murdock Knights (Murdock, NE) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Johnson County Central Thunderbirds (Tecumseh, NE), 49-10 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Elmwood-Murdock upgrades its record to 14-4 on the season. The Knights host Weeping Water (Weeping Water, NE) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 2. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 11-7. Weeping Water won 30-27 in their recent non-league bout against Freeman (Adams, NE)

Next up, the Thunderbirds play the Elmwood-Murdock Knights (Murdock, NE) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Johnson County Central will attempt to upgrade on its 5-14 season record.
