Texas High School Basketball - Grape Creek trounced by Jim Ned

In Monday's league match, the visiting Jim Ned Indians basketball team scored a decisive 61-3 triumph over the Grape Creek Eagles.

In their next game, the Indians meet the Merkel Badgers (Merkel, TX) in a 3A Region I District 6 match, on Friday, February 3. Jim Ned will attempt to move on its 26-1 season record. The Badgers enter the match with a 22-8 record after their 67-54 league loss to Coahoma (Coahoma, TX).
