NC GBB Academy Eagles (Durham, NC) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Howard Eagles (Wilson, NC), 73-8 in a league bout.

With the win, NC GBB Academy upgrades its record to 18-9 on the season. The Eagles host Wake Prep Academy (Wake Forest, NC) to play the Guardians in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 2. The Guardians go into the bout with a record of 7-7. Wake Prep Academy lost 32-22 in their recent non-league bout against Wayne Preparatory Academy (Goldsboro, NC)

Next up, the Eagles play the NC GBB Academy Eagles (Durham, NC) in a CAASC Triangle bout, on Monday, February 6. Howard will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record.
