Minneota Vikings (Minneota, MN) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Lakeview Lakers (Cottonwood, MN), 61-21 in a league bout.
With the victory, Minneota upgrades its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Ortonville (Ortonville, MN) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 1-12.
Next up, the Lakers play the Canby Lancers (Canby, MN) in a A Section 3 bout, on Thursday, February 2. Lakeview will attempt to upgrade on its 4-13 season record. The Lancers come into the bout with a 6-11 record after their 60-49 league loss to Tracy-Milroy-Balaton (Tracy, MN).
