Lourdes Knights (Oshkosh, WI) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wayland Academy Big Red (Beaver Dam, WI), 76-34 in a league bout.

With the victory, Lourdes upgrades its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Horicon (Horicon, WI) to play the Marshmen in a Trailways - East bout on Thursday, February 2. The Marshmen come into the bout with a record of 4-12. Horicon lost 48-39 in their recent non-league bout against Turner (Beloit, WI)

Next up, the Big Red play the Central Wisconsin Christian Crusaders (Waupun, WI) in a Trailways - East bout, on Thursday, February 2. Wayland Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Crusaders come into the bout with a 10-4 record after their 69-42 non-league win over Montello (Montello, WI).
