Magnolia Blue Eagles (New Martinsville, WV) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Valley LunberJacks (Pine Grove, WV), 66-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Magnolia upgrades its record to 4-9 on the season. The Blue Eagles travel to Caldwell (Caldwell, OH) to clash with the Redskins in a Ohio Valley bout on Thursday, February 2. The Redskins go into the bout with a record of 5-14. Caldwell won 53-45 in their recent non-league bout against Wood County Christian (Williamstown, WV)

Next up, the LunberJacks clash with the Wood County Christian Wildcat (Williamstown, WV) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 2. Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Wildcat go into the bout with a 8-9 record after their 53-45 non-league loss to Caldwell (Caldwell, OH).
