Texas High School Basketball - Paradise trounces Pilot Point

The Paradise Panthers (Paradise, TX) basketball crushed the host Pilot Point Bearcats (Pilot Point, TX), 88-16 in Monday's league test.

The Panthers (22-9) will now prepare for their test against Boyd (Boyd, TX). The Yellowjackets go into the 3A Region II District 10 test with a 4-15 record. In their last test, Boyd was trounced by Whitesboro (Whitesboro, TX), 65-20, in a league test.

The Bearcats now own a 1-29 record. They play next when they host Callisburg for a 3A Region II District 10 test on Friday, February 3. Pilot Point will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 44-24 league loss to Ponder (Ponder, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-16.
