St. Vincent de Paul Mustangs (Petaluma, CA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Victory Christian Academy Eagles (Santa Rosa, CA), 39-15 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, St. Vincent de Paul upgrades its record to 10-13 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Elsie Allen (Santa Rosa, CA) to play the Lobos in a North Bay - Redwood bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Lobos come into the bout with a record of 13-8. Elsie Allen lost 57-38 in their recent league bout against Healdsburg (Healdsburg, CA)

Next up, the Eagles play the Sonoma Academy Coyotes (Santa Rosa, CA) in a North Central IV bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Victory Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 8-12 season record. The Coyotes come into the bout with a 14-4 record after their 37-25 league loss to Upper Lake (Upper Lake, CA).
