California High School Soccer - Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences held off by Northridge Academy

The Northridge Academy Pumas held off the visiting Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Vipers soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Monday's league match.

The Pumas now sport a 14-1 record. They play next when they travel to Sherman Oaks CES for a Valley match on Thursday, February 2. Northridge Academy will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 5-0 league win over East Valley (North Hollywood, CA). The Knights record now stands at 10-8.

With the loss, Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences drops to 6-9 on the season. The Vipers host Fulton (Van Nuys, CA) to encounter the Jaguars in a Valley match on Thursday, February 2. The Jaguars come into the match with a record of 5-7. Fulton won 3-0 in their recent league match against Vaughn (San Fernando, CA)
