Virginia High School Basketball - King & Queen Central nips Colonial Beach

King & Queen Central Royal Tigers (King & Queen Court House, VA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Colonial Beach Drifters (Colonial Beach, VA), 26-24 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, King & Queen Central upgrades its record to 3-7 on the campaign. The Royal Tigers travel to Rappahannock (Warsaw, VA) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 2. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 1-8.
Next up, the Drifters play the Lancaster Red Devils (Lancaster, VA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Colonial Beach will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Red Devils come into the bout with a 11-1 record after their 64-61 non-league loss to Bruton (Williamsburg, VA).
