North Carolina High School Basketball - Southeast Raleigh thwarts Willow Spring

The Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs (Raleigh, NC) basketball knocked off the visiting Willow Spring Storm (Fuquay-Varina, NC), 49-40 in Monday's league test.

The Bulldogs (11-10) will now prepare for their test against Fuquay - Varina (Fuquay-Varina, NC). The Bengals go into the non-league test with a 2-15 record. In their last test, Fuquay - Varina went down by Clayton (Clayton, NC), 55-31, in a non-league test.

The Storm now own a 10-9 record. They play next when they travel to Garner for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 1. Willow Spring will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 39-36 non-league loss to Cleveland (Clayton, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 12-7.
