With the win, Annawan upgrades its record to 20-3 on the season. The Braves travel to Mercer County (Aledo, IL) to play the Golden Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 1. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 20-6. Mercer County won 60-42 in their recent non-league bout against ROWVA/Williamsfield (Oneida, IL)

Next up, the Tornadoes play the ROWVA/Williamsfield Cougars (Oneida, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 1. Abingdon/Avon will attempt to upgrade on its 11-13 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 12-12 record after their 60-42 non-league loss to Mercer County (Aledo, IL).
