Pittsfield Generals (Pittsfield, MA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Agawam Brownies (Agawam, MA), 74-65 in a league bout.

With the victory, Pittsfield upgrades its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Generals travel to Wahconah Regional (Dalton, MA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Friday, February 2. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 5-5.

Next up, the Brownies play the Taconic Thunder (Pittsfield, MA) in a Suburban - North bout, on Friday, February 2. Agawam will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record.
