The Our Lady of the Lakes Lakers basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the host Austin Catholic Crusaders to 40 in the Lakers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Lakers now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cabrini for a Catholic Intersectional II contest on Tuesday, February 6.

The Crusaders (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Frankel Jewish Academy of Metro Detroit (West Bloomfield, MI). The Jaguars come into the Catholic Intersectional II contest with a 1-11 record. In their last contest, Frankel Jewish Academy of Metro Detroit was nudged by Detroit Cristo Rey (Detroit, MI), 61-25, in a league contest.
