New Hampshire High School Basketball - Berlin can't hold off Newfound Regional

The Newfound Regional Bears basketball team scored 39 points and held the host Berlin Mountaineers to 33 in the Bears league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bears now sport a 2-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to White Mountains for a Division III contest on Friday, February 2. Newfound Regional will battle a Spartans team coming off a 68-46 league win over Winnisquam (Tilton, NH). The Spartans record now stands at 9-7.
The Mountaineers (0-15) will now prepare for their contest against Mascoma (Canaan, NH). The Royals enter the Division III contest with a 11-1 record. In their last contest, Mascoma nudged Stevens (Claremont, NH), 65-28, in a league contest.
