In Tuesday's league outing, the Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot Knights (Powhatan, VA) basketball squad felled the visiting Tidewater Academy Warriors (Wakefield, VA), by a margin of 48-37.

The Knights (6-8) will now prepare for their outing against Fuqua (Farmville, VA). The Falcons go into the non-league outing with a 3-13 record. In their last outing, Fuqua was beaten by Cumberland (Cumberland, VA), 79-25, in a non-league outing.

The Warriors now own a 3-14 record. They play next when they travel to Southampton Academy for a VISAA Division III outing on Friday, February 2. Tidewater Academy will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 63-36 league win over Amelia Academy (Amelia Court House, VA). The Raiders record now stands at 7-11.
