Smithtown Christian Knights (Smithtown, NY) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Bridgehampton Killer Bees (Bridgehampton, NY), 69-58 in a league bout.

With the win, Smithtown Christian upgrades its record to 12-3 on the season. The Knights host Shelter Island (Shelter Island, NY) to play the Islanders in a Section 11 C/D-7 bout on Thursday, February 1. The Islanders go into the bout with a record of 1-7.

Next up, the Killer Bees play the Southold Settlers (Southold, NY) in a Section 11 C/D-7 bout, on Thursday, February 1. Bridgehampton will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record.
