Tennessee High School Basketball - Craigmont knocked off by Brighton

The Brighton Cardinals basketball team scored 78 points and held the visiting Craigmont Chiefs to 69 in the Cardinals league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cardinals now sport a 6-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Millington Central for a 3A District 15 contest on Thursday, February 1. Brighton will meet a Trojans team coming off a 82-80 league loss to Munford (Munford, TN). The Trojans record now stands at 11-12.
The Chiefs (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against Covington (Covington, TN). The Chargers enter the 3A District 15 contest with a 3-15 record. In their last contest, Covington was outscored by Raleigh-Egypt (Memphis, TN), 58-41, in a league contest.
