The Richland Springs Coyotes basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Brookesmith Mustangs to 31 in the Coyotes league victory on Tuesday.

The Coyotes now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lometa for a 1A Region III District 17 contest on Tuesday, February 6.

The Mustangs (20-8) will now prepare for their contest against Lometa (Lometa, TX). The Hornets come into the 1A Region III District 17 contest with a 1-9 record.
