In Tuesday's league outing, the Jesuit Blue Jays (New Orleans, LA) basketball squad beat the visiting Brother Martin Crusaders (New Orleans, LA), by a margin of 48-40.
The Blue Jays (24-5) will now prepare for their outing against Archbishop Rummel (Metairie, LA). The Raiders go into the 5A District 9 outing with a 19-14 record. In their last outing, Archbishop Rummel was topped by St. Augustine (New Orleans, LA), 60-49, in a league outing.
The Crusaders now own a 18-9 record. They play next when they travel to Holy Cross for a 5A District 9 outing on Friday, February 2. Brother Martin will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 59-45 league loss to Edna Karr (New Orleans, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 13-13.
