Vineland Fighting Clan (Vineland, NJ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Buena Chiefs (Buena, NJ), 75-24 in a league bout.

With the win, Vineland upgrades its record to 8-12 on the season. The Fighting Clan travel to Oakcrest (Mays Landing, NJ) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 1. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 9-6. Oakcrest won 72-36 in their recent non-league bout against Cape May County Tech (Cape May Court House, NJ)

Next up, the Chiefs play the Pleasantville Greyhounds (Pleasantville, NJ) in a Cape/Atlantic - United bout, on Thursday, February 1. Buena will attempt to upgrade on its 0-18 season record. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a 9-10 record after their 62-50 league loss to Lower Cape May (Cape May, NJ).
