Minnesota High School Basketball - Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart overwhelmed by New Ulm Cathedral

The Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart Mustangs basketball team (Hector, MN), was overwhelmed 89-60 in Tuesday's league battle with the host New Ulm Cathedral Greyhounds (New Ulm, MN)

The Greyhounds now possess a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sleepy Eye for a A Section 2 battle on Thursday, February 1. New Ulm Cathedral will battle a Indians team coming off a 67-44 non-league win over Wabasso (Wabasso, MN). The Indians record now stands at 13-4.

The Mustangs (1-17) will now prepare for their battle against Springfield (Springfield, MN). The Tigers come into the A Section 2 battle with a 12-6 record. In their last battle, Springfield trounced Minnesota Valley Lutheran (New Ulm, MN), 74-68, in a non-league battle.
