North Carolina High School Basketball - Charlotte Country Day School knocked off by Cannon

The Cannon Cougars basketball team scored 85 points and held the host Charlotte Country Day School Buccaneers to 68 in the Cougars league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cougars now sport a 21-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Charlotte Christian for a NCISAA Charlotte Independent contest on Friday, February 2. Cannon will battle a Knights team coming off a 62-40 league loss to Providence Day (Charlotte, NC). The Knights record now stands at 5-19.
The Buccaneers (17-7) will now prepare for their contest against Providence Day (Charlotte, NC). The Chargers enter the NCISAA Charlotte Independent contest with a 19-7 record. In their last contest, Providence Day ran past Charlotte Christian (Charlotte, NC), 62-40, in a league contest.
