Washington High School Basketball - Mead trounces Central Valley

The Mead Panthers (Spokane, WA) basketball crushed the visiting Central Valley Bears (Spokane Valley, WA), 69-48 in Tuesday's league test.
The Panthers (9-9) will now prepare for their test against Gonzaga Prep (Spokane, WA). The Bullpups go into the 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane test with a 14-5 record. In their last test, Gonzaga Prep walloped Ridgeline (Liberty Lake, WA), 71-60, in a non-league test.
The Bears now own a 1-16 record. They play next when they host Lewis & Clark for a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane test on Friday, February 2. Central Valley will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 54-31 league win over Ferris (Spokane, WA). The Tigers record now stands at 11-7.
