The Chrisman Bears basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the host Grain Valley Eagles to 54 in the Bears league victory on Tuesday.

The Bears now sport a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Osage for a non-league contest on Friday, February 2. Chrisman will battle a Indians team coming off a 76-72 non-league loss to Park Hill (Kansas City, MO). The Indians record now stands at 6-12.

The Eagles (10-7) will now prepare for their contest against Truman (Independence, MO). The Patriots come into the non-league contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, Truman prevailed over Smithville (Smithville, MO), 64-56, in a non-league contest.
