The Clayton Bears basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Lake Holcombe Chieftains to 55 in the Bears league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bears now sport a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Birchwood for a Lakeland - East contest on Saturday, February 3. Clayton will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 75-50 league win over Lake Holcombe (Holcombe, WI). The Bobcats record now stands at 11-4.

The Chieftains (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Bruce (Bruce, WI). The Red Raiders enter the Lakeland - East contest with a 10-7 record. In their last contest, Bruce ran past Prairie Farm (Prairie Farm, WI), 89-50, in a league contest.
