Virginia High School Basketball - Colonial Forge fells Riverbend

Colonial Forge Eagles (Stafford, VA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Riverbend Bears (Fredericksburg, VA), 56-46 in a league bout.
With the win, Colonial Forge upgrades its record to 13-7 on the season. The Eagles travel to Brooke Point (Stafford, VA) to clash with the Black Hawks in a Commonwealth bout on Friday, February 2. The Black Hawks go into the bout with a record of 12-9. Brooke Point won 54-43 in their recent league bout against Mountain View (Stafford, VA)
Next up, the Bears clash with the Stafford Indians (Falmouth, VA) in a Commonwealth bout, on Friday, February 2. Riverbend will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 6-9 record after their 53-49 league win over North Stafford (Stafford, VA).
