North Carolina High School Basketball - Gaston Day beaten by Concord Academy

The Concord Academy Eagles ran past the host Gaston Day Spartans basketball team by a final score of 65-55 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Westminster Catawba Christian Indians (Rock Hill, SC) in a NCISAA Metrolina game, on Thursday, February 1. Concord Academy will attempt to move on its 16-14 season record. The Indians enter the game with a 19-8 record after their 75-64 league loss to Gaston Christian (Gastonia, NC).
