The Peters Township Indians basketball team scored 79 points and held the host Connellsville Falcons to 23 in the Indians league triumph on Tuesday.

The Indians now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ringgold for a WPIAL 5A 1 contest on Wednesday, January 31. Peters Township will battle a Rams team coming off a 95-69 league loss to Thomas Jefferson (Jefferson Hills, PA). The Rams record now stands at 3-14.

With the defeat, Connellsville moves to 2-14 on the year. The Falcons host Bethel Park (Bethel Park, PA) to face the Black Hawks in a WPIAL 5A 1 match on Friday, February 2. The Black Hawks enter the match with a record of 8-7.
