The Glencoe-Silver Lake Panthers basketball team scored 87 points and held the visiting Dassel-Cokato Chargers to 70 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Watertown-Mayer for a non-league contest on Friday, February 2. Glencoe-Silver Lake will battle a Royals team coming off a 70-69 non-league loss to Litchfield (Litchfield, MN). The Royals record now stands at 10-8.
The Chargers (11-7) will now prepare for their contest against Annandale (Annandale, MN). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 13-3 record. In their last contest, Annandale ran past Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted (Howard Lake, MN), 79-52, in a non-league contest.
