Maine High School Basketball - Dirigo trounces Lisbon

The Dirigo Cougars (Dixfield, ME) basketball crushed the visiting Lisbon Greyhounds (Lisbon Falls, ME), 53-24 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Cougars (9-5) will now prepare for their test against Hall-Dale (Farmingdale, ME). The Bulldogs go into the C South test with a 8-6 record. In their last test, Hall-Dale walloped North Yarmouth Academy (Yarmouth, ME), 52-43, in a league test.
The Greyhounds now own a 1-14 record. They play next when they travel to Telstar for a D South test on Wednesday, January 31. Lisbon will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 57-27 league loss to St. Dominic (Lewiston, ME). The Rebels record now stands at 4-10.
