In their next game, the Cardinals face the Creston Panthers (Creston, IA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, February 1. Earlham will attempt to move on its 12-5 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 5-10 record after their 84-44 league loss to Lewis Central (Council Bluffs, IA).

With the defeat, Interstate 35 moves to 2-12 on the year. The Roadrunners travel to Des Moines Christian (Des Moines, IA) to face the Lions in a West Central game on Thursday, February 1. The Lions enter the game with a record of 10-4. Des Moines Christian won 60-46 in their recent league game against Van Meter (Van Meter, IA)
