Norman Tigers (Norman, OK) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Edmond Santa Fe Wolves (Edmond, OK), 49-40 in a league bout.

With the victory, Norman upgrades its record to 13-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host Northwest Classen (Oklahoma City, OK) to play the Knights in a 6A District 2 bout on Friday, February 2. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 7-8. Northwest Classen won 82-62 in their recent league bout against Eisenhower (Lawton, OK)

Next up, the Wolves play the Eisenhower Eagles (Lawton, OK) in a 6A District 2 bout, on Friday, February 2. Edmond Santa Fe will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 3-14 record after their 82-62 league loss to Northwest Classen (Oklahoma City, OK).
