With the victory, Wolfe County upgrades its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Knott County Central (Hindman, KY) to play the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 2. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 17-4. Knott County Central won 63-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Harlan (Harlan, KY)

Next up, the Engineers play the Owsley County Owls / Lady Owls (Booneville, KY) in a District 56 challenge, on Thursday, February 1. Estill County will attempt to upgrade on its 13-7 season record. The Owls / Lady Owls come into the challenge with a 6-17 record after their 72-66 league loss to Lee County (Beattyville, KY).
