Morris Eagles (Morris, OK) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Eufaula Ironheads (Eufaula, OK), 60-47 in a league bout.

With the win, Morris upgrades its record to 5-15 on the season. The Eagles travel to Henryetta (Henryetta, OK) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, February 2. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 9-9. Henryetta lost 60-49 in their recent non-league bout against Preston (Preston, OK)

Next up, the Ironheads play the Kellyville Ponies (Kellyville, OK) in a Big Eight Star bout, on Friday, February 2. Eufaula will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The Ponies go into the bout with a 13-5 record after their 61-48 league win over Beggs (Beggs, OK).
