In Tuesday's league match, the host Forest Hill Patriots basketball team scored a tight 58-52 triumph over the West Jones Mustangs.

In their next game, the Patriots meet the Hattiesburg Tigers (Hattiesburg, MS) in a 6A Region 3 match, on Wednesday, January 31. Forest Hill will attempt to better on its 8-17 season record.
