High Point Christian Academy Cougars (High Point, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Forsyth Country Day Furies (Lewisville, NC), 65-55 in a league bout.

With the win, High Point Christian Academy upgrades its record to 21-3 on the season. The Cougars travel to Westchester Country Day (High Point, NC) to clash with the Wildcats in a NCISAA Piedmont bout on Friday, February 2. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 8-14. Westchester Country Day won 53-48 in their recent non-league bout against Burlington Christian Academy (Burlington, NC)

Next up, the Furies clash with the Greensboro Day School Bengals (Greensboro, NC) in a NCISAA Piedmont bout, on Friday, February 2. Forsyth Country Day will attempt to upgrade on its 22-5 season record. The Bengals go into the bout with a 21-9 record after their 42-41 league win over Wesleyan Christian Academy (High Point, NC).
