The Buffalos now possess a 27-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Randle for a 5A Region III District 20 battle on Friday, February 2. Fort Bend Marshall will confront a Lions team coming off a 57-43 league win over Lamar Consolidated (Rosenberg, TX). The Lions record now stands at 10-16.

The Rangers (9-22) will now prepare for their battle against Foster (Richmond, TX). The Falcons come into the 5A Region III District 20 battle with a 8-18 record. In their last battle, Foster was overwhelmed by Fort Bend Kempner (Sugar Land, TX), 56-54, in a league battle.
