New Mexico High School Basketball - Hagerman trounced by Jal

The Jal Panthers routed the host Hagerman Bobcats basketball team by a final score of 65-41 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Panthers face the Melrose Buffaloes (Melrose, NM) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 2. Jal will attempt to move on its 10-8 season record. The Buffaloes enter the game with a 17-2 record after their 63-52 league loss to Logan (Logan, NM).

With the defeat, Hagerman moves to 5-14 on the year. The Bobcats travel to Tatum (Tatum, NM) to face the Coyotes in a 2A District 4 game on Friday, February 2. The Coyotes enter the game with a record of 1-19. Tatum lost 70-42 in their recent league game against Loving (Loving, NM)
