North Carolina High School Basketball - Harding University ripped by North Mecklenburg

The North Mecklenburg Vikings basketball team scored 104 points and held the visiting Harding University Rams to 39 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.

The Vikings now sport a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mallard Creek for a 3A/4A Queen City contest on Friday, February 2. North Mecklenburg will meet a Mavericks team coming off a 78-49 league win over West Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Mavericks record now stands at 7-12.

The Rams (5-12) will now prepare for their contest against Olympic (Charlotte, NC). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 3-16 record. In their last contest, Olympic was routed by Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC), 71-53, in a league contest.
